Error Map files (Quadra and Hosei) must be converted to CMM-Manager format. Send files to your local support team for conversion.
Notes
Set DCC Move Acceleration to 125mm/sec/sec if you experience trouble with Vision and Laser AF using the Focus option. Default DCC Acceleration is 250mm/sec/sec, default will be 125mm/sec/sec starting with CMM-Manager version 3.7 SP2.

Attached " iNexiv.zip"  is the baseline machine config for iNexiv / VMA 2520 - Import this file from System > Configuration > Import.
