If the downl.oad file fails to load, try this:

Open C:\ProgramData\QxSoft\CMM-Manager [current version]\Driver\SharpeDriver.ini

Find the line:

DOWNLOAD_NEW 0 // 0 - old method, 1 - new method

Change to:

DOWNLOAD_NEW 1 // 0 - old method, 1 - new method
