Install Surveyor on client PC - SurveyorSetup 3.4.2

If running multiple versions of Surveyor and cannot connect to CMM-M, try this:
1) Run the ‘unregdll.bat’ file found in all of the installed Surveyor Versions
2) Run the ‘regdll.bat’ file found in the version of Surveyor to be used with CMM Manager
