Notes
Issue - Failed to load "IQApiTracker.dll" error, even when the file exists
On a clean 64-bit system you might see the following error immediately when trying to connect to the API tracker:

To fix, the 64-bit VS 2012 redistributable needs installed on the local system.
Download and extract the attached zip file named "Visual C++ Redist for VS 2012 (64-bit).zip" and run the enclosed file "vcredist_x64.exe" selecting all default options. Restart CMM-Manager, and then try connecting again.
