I know its possible in Visual basic to do this and Mike York said so as well.

I have 2 radii on the x axis and 2 radii on the y axis and I need a average from the 4 measurements to get a diameter of a circle at either the max distance of the radii or the min distance of the radii based on the part.

Hopefully I've explained it decent enough to make sense.
