This is not really a CMM Manager question but I am going to throw it out there anway.

Ph20MT with TCR rack.

When picking up the sensors, sometime it will stall out on the exit. It looks like it is not really picking anything up, but just trying to move out of the rack which causes a stall.

I have went through just about every setting I can think of with no luck, and I am hoping someone in the QX forums has seen this before.

This is NOT a PH20 but a PH20mt. We are on windows 11 and running UCC server 5.70.02
