Reporting, and Nominals Decimal Places
It's silly for the average report, but I have a gage block stack that I am trying to measure and report to the best of my ability. I have data that is out to the millionths. I took the time to type all that into a cad model, and so now I have this cad model with a lot of decimal places and I want to use all of that data in my reporting. I have set the number of decimals in my scales/DRO display to max, and also set the number of decimals in the reporting settings to max (6 for inch). I am only getting 5 decimals pulled in by my CAD nominals though. Any idea how to get more decimals off of a CAD nominal? I could type them in by hand it seems, but the point of the exercise in typing in all the data on my gage block stack was to avoid having to do this repeatedly (and just pull it all from the CAD automatically). I'm using an IGES file, I didn't see anything regarding decimal places in CMM manager, or in solidworks regarding how many decimals could be included in the IGES file.
