Hopefully someone can shed some light on something I may be doing wrong...

I have a part that gets mounted in a fixture before I place it on the CMM table, the fixture is located on the table with a locating rail so it is in the same position every load. When I created the program, I used 3,2,1 alignment in teach off mode to roughly find the origin of the fixture (this is also CAD origin) then save reference frame with the "fixture" box checked. In teach on mode, I recall the reference frame, sync the CAD, then fine measure the locating surfaces then sync CAD again, measure and run all of my features without any issues and can re-run the part as I add features and reporting items. The issue I have is when I close that file and re-open it, the reference frame is way off not sure exact dimension as probe would collide with fixture. I have attached a screenshot of my program header.. Can someone take a look and let me know what I am doing wrong?
