Can CMM-M use three tooling ball sphere features for the Frame? Or would I need to make constructions?

On my current Zeiss CMM software I set Sphere1 to XYZ zero, Sphere2 to Spatial, Sphere3 to Planar.

I think Spatial is similar to Align?

So is there a Planar in CMM-M?
