Question about Runtime align Part

Question about Runtime align Part

So I have a program (that i didnt make) that has a flip part action in the middle of the program. The first side of the program/part that gets inspected has all the main reference frame features on it. Then when I flip the part i no longer have access to those features to align with. So im doing a second plane-circle-circle alignment with other features that are not the cad reference frame features.

After reading this article again (https://support.qxcmm.com/portal/en/kb/articles/sync-cad-and-align-part#Sync_CAD_and_Align_Part_explained) I noticed that under "When to use Runtime Align Part" it says "When additional alignments are created after the first complete Reference Frame - i.e. rough Alignment followed by refined Alignment."

My question is, does this mean it would be better practice to inspect the backside features first (rough alignment), then flip the part over and inspect the primary side features second for the primary(refined) alignment? or would that not make a difference?
