Sometimes on the initial touch after the cad alignment the Ph20 will not register the points, and we have to start the cycle over again until it registers.  Sometimes it will start to register the points after it missed the first couple.  When it does that we still have to start over and then it will register to many points.  Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
