We have a Renishaw MCR20 Assembly Station mounted on to our CMM table. If I ever wanted to adjust the station, maybe put it in a different location on the physical table, how would I properly execute that? I have done it before, but after calibrating the station, for some reason when the probe head is at it's safe place, it is + 1, ± some inches off, and its not aligned. The parameters look correct - the probe I use to calibrate corresponds with the information on the screen, so what could cause the probe to be moved either above or below the desired location? The Z and X-axis (front, back, left and right) is correct but the Y-Axis (up and down) it is not where it needs to be. I usually Offset make an offset in the configuration tab, but if it is executed properly, I shouldn't have to, right?
