Is there a way to move CAD e.g. about 51.4mm?

I need to move the whole Program with CAD.. There is a transform command in the Program Window which I like more as you can enter values instead of dragging the part (which is not precise and you sometimes drag more than one axis) but there you cannot move CAD..
