We regularly check (in manual mode) bent copper bars. Each item is similar but the shape is different each time. The dimensions and shapes (angles) are different.

So we use a basic program in which we only modify the report part to match each product.

But the problem we encounter with CMM Manager is when measuring the cylinders. 

The software has difficulties to calculate correctly the measured cylinder when it is in a different angle than the one already present in the program.

We have found a solution to get a good measurement by changing the angle of the cylinder in the program, but of course it takes some time.

Do you know if there is a way to set up CMM Manager so that this does not happen?

Note: the 2 other programs we used work differently and do not have this problem.
