I have a question regarding the machine volume settings.  I'm doing offline programming and found on shorter parts I'm getting an error message as you can see in the attached image.  I think when the machine was setup it wasn't setup correctly regarding the boundaries.  The other picture shows the volume box.  The grey plate is actually on the machine currently and in the correct position.  I know I can change the parameters but if I do that will I mess up the 100's of programs we have already?  I certainly don't want to do that and shut down production.  Or is there another work around that will allow me to program in auto mode?  Thanks for your help.
