My workplace has tasked me with getting our shop floor cmm machine swapped over from pcdmis to cmm manager. There are currently around 100 programs (probably a lot more) ran on that machine. Almost identical parts/programs but they have different port sizes or lack of ports being machined into two locations. They are all machined from the same rough casting.

Im asking for advice on the best way to go about even starting this project. Is there a way to start with a master program or pattern and then all i have to do is adjust the port sizes? or am i going to have to make each of these programs separately from scratch?
