I pickup the part.  Level, align and origin a simple plane and circle.  

  Go back to the program with the next feature at X 0 and Y0 and the feature keeps moving.  Firstly I would like to lock the feature but everytime I go back to the feature it has moved from the X0 and Y0 position and it is not locked. 

 Very frustrating from different other softwares. 

I have used the align feature after the pickup - but dont know why this is necessary.
