Inspecting parts with large deviation

Inspecting parts with large deviation

I do not have time today to create another KB article, but thought sharing this somewhat old tutorial video may be useful for someone out there...  If time allows or if someone expresses interest, I will put together a detailed KB Article on this topic.

I've created a program to inspect part(s) with deviation larger than the current approach / backoff values.  If one feature is mis-located we can use Relative Measure / Find Hole, if a group of features have similar deviation we can add RunTime Align Part to the program after re-aligning to the mislocated feature(s)  This will allow the program to adjust the feature locations at program runtime according to the unique deviation of each part run.  Sync CAD can be used to adjust the location of the part while teaching to prevent having to use Find Hole on each feature.
