I'm having trouble with either creating the right features to evaluate, or using the correct method to evaluate the distance of the two circle diameter features shown below. To clarify, I'm not looking for the "center-to-center" because these share a common axis, but "outside-to-outside" distance, for lack of a better term.  

What would be the best way to get that dimension?
