I have no idea how to fix this. No idea how it got this way.

I am using CMM manager 2020 on a manual Brown and Sharpe Microval. Nothing fancy, we typically put in whatever non-repeatable tip we want, calibrate and measure away.

Scales are all reading 0 in home position

If I turn probe comp off and level to the granite, I can measure x and y, but my z doesn't appear to be changing on the scale.

Reference tip is giving me a fitting error because of the diameter.

What is showing in the picture above for "default" is actually what the reference tip should be reading as well.

Any help would be appreciated
