I'm having trouble with the formatting of my DDE Customer Data, and how it's incrementing, not sure what I'm doing wrong.
I have a work order/lot number and serial number in my report header that I'm trying to DDE export to a spreadsheet. The work order seems to be incrementing, but the serial number is not. The 00006 and 00001 shown below were entered manually, what's actually happening is the work order is incrementing by column, but the serial number is overwriting the first column.
I originally had them both in the Customer Data block at the bottom of the DDE window like this:
But after that didn't seem to be working, I put them on separate reporting lines like this:
But that doesn't seem to be working either. What is the proper way to enter these DDE items?
