I thought I had the proper steps down but I'm getting such wonky numbers I'm sure I'm missing something. How critical is order of operations? 

I really only use the Free Position Alignment command when setting up parts. 

Does a SYNC Part command need to come after that?

Can't I jump around as much as I want and create alignments as I need?
