My CMM Manager 2022 used to convert Excel files to CSV files, but for some reason started having issues. Now when it gets to the convert "Excel to CSV" command the program stops and locks up. When I try and open CSV file manually, I get a message that the CSV file is locked for editing and can only be open in read only mode. Even after closing CMM Manager I still get the "read only" message. I have to shut the computer off to unlock the CSV file. Does anyone know what could cause CMM Manager to lock up when trying to convert Excel to CSV files?
