I’m looking for some advice on the best way to inspect the black curve in this photo.

The main curve has a profile tolerance, but the internal radii within that curve have a separate, different tolerance requirement. I need to exclude these internal radii from the main profile evaluation and report them independently.

The curve is about 12 inches long. When I do a 2D scan of the entire feature, the large amount of data points causes the software to lag or crash when I try and extract points. The total number of captured points can vary slightly from run to run also, leading to issues constructing features.

Right now, the only reliable way I've found is measuring every line and arc individually, but it is incredibly time-consuming compared to a single continuous scan.
