How would this groove be programmed? I see that I could use Cad teach as a 3d cone, but when selecting the feature, It will only select either the top or bottom of the V. I suspect the problem is that the feature is not recognized as a cone because of the flat bottom. I would like to be able to report the cone angle, and location of the apex in the Z axis. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
