We have recently been having issues running single part batch runs.  It will run 1-3 parts just fine, but then the alignment shifts and will not continue after that.  We then have to close and re-open the program and try again.  This does not happen to all parts, so we are at a loss as to what could be happening.  

Has anyone had this happen?  If so, what did you do to fix the issue?
