This is our first attempt at making a program offline and then attempting to run it once we receive the part from the shop floor.  No matter what we've done so far, we can't seem to get the program to line up with our CAD Model. We're hoping that we can salvage the program instead of rewriting it but so far we haven't had any luck. 

Has anyone else ran into this issue?
